Sphinx is a movement studio in the Annex that offers Pilates and ELDOA classes. Both methods improve your posture, prevent injury, and strengthen the body from the inside out.
ELDOA is a series of exercises developed by a French osteopath that targets each individual level of the spine, creates space for the discs, and supports the joints. These movements can alleviate back pain, improve athletic performance, and improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
